We’re Mike and Lanette Richardson — co-founders of Acorn Consulting, partners in life, and proof that big changes can lead to even bigger purpose.
In 2025, we relocated our family from Maryland to Panama — selling our home, navigating international logistics, enrolling our kids in a new school, and rebuilding our life from the ground up. It was one of the most rewarding, emotional, and empowering experiences we’ve ever had — and we were uniquely equipped to handle it because of the experience we’ve gained in our careers over the past two decades.
Now, through Acorn Consulting, we help others move forward — whether that’s planning a relocation, upgrading their IT systems, or communicating their mission with clarity and impact.
